Corvallis Insulation Company was founded in 2025 by a team that had spent years working on homes across the Willamette Valley and kept running into the same problem: homeowners paying to heat and cool houses that were losing most of that energy through thin walls, uninsulated attics, and drafty crawl spaces built long before anyone thought about efficiency codes.
Corvallis is a city where a huge share of the housing stock dates to the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s - homes near the Oregon State University campus, older neighborhoods along the Willamette River, and subdivisions that have been around long enough that the insulation has never been touched. These homes are well-built, but they were never designed with today's energy standards in mind.
Our focus from day one has been on residential and commercial insulation work in Corvallis and surrounding communities - spray foam, attic insulation, crawl space insulation, air sealing, and vapor barrier work. We keep our scope tight so we can do it well. Every homeowner we work with gets a straight answer about what their home needs, a fair price, and a crew that shows up and finishes the job properly.
We tell you what your home actually needs - not the most expensive option. If a simpler fix will do the job, we say so. You make the decision with full information.
Every job gets a walkthrough when we finish. We show you what was done and answer your questions before we leave. If something is not right, we come back and fix it.
We confirm appointments, show up on time, and keep you updated if anything changes. Your time matters, and we treat it that way.
We live and work in the Willamette Valley. The person who gives you the estimate is connected to the crew doing the work. Local accountability, not a call center.
Oregon's Construction Contractors Board (CCB) licenses contractors who work on residential and commercial buildings. A valid CCB license means the contractor has met Oregon's bonding and insurance requirements and is registered to legally perform construction work in the state.
Oregon requires contractors performing insulation and weatherization work on residential buildings to hold a Residential Energy Efficiency License. This credential covers spray foam, blown-in insulation, attic insulation, and air sealing work - the core services we provide.
Serving Corvallis since 2025. Ask about credentials at any time - we are happy to provide documentation.
We serve Corvallis and 11 surrounding communities across the Willamette Valley. If you are outside one of these areas, call us - we may still be able to help.
