Corvallis Insulation Company provides residential and commercial insulation services in Corvallis, OR and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Spray foam insulation (open-cell and closed-cell)
• Attic insulation and blown-in insulation
• Crawl space insulation and vapor barrier installation
• Wall insulation and basement insulation
• Air sealing services
• Insulation removal and retrofit insulation
• Commercial insulation

We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion. The scope of services for each project is defined in the written estimate or proposal provided to the customer.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All pricing is provided in a written estimate following an on-site assessment of the property. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the visit. The final price may change if:

• Conditions differ from what was visible during the assessment
• The customer requests changes to the scope of work
• Hidden damage, hazardous materials, or access issues are discovered during the project

We will notify you of any changes to the estimated price before proceeding with additional work. Verbal estimates are not binding. Only written estimates signed by both parties form the basis for the agreement.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a project is scheduled, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a trip charge or scheduling fee, which will be communicated to you in advance.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other factors outside our control. We will provide as much advance notice as possible and work with you to find an alternate date.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property, including any known hazards, existing damage, or prior work
• Ensure safe, reasonable access to all areas where work is to be performed, including attics, crawl spaces, and basements
• Clear areas of stored belongings as instructed before the crew arrives
• Follow any post-installation instructions we provide, including vacating treated areas during curing periods for spray foam work

Failure to prepare the property as agreed may delay the project and could result in additional charges.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the written estimate or project agreement. In general:

• A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted payment methods will be specified in the project agreement

Accounts that are not paid on time may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through any available legal means. You agree to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees, if applicable.

7. Workmanship and Warranty

We stand behind our work. If a defect in our workmanship is identified within 1 year of project completion, we will return to evaluate and correct the issue at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions:

• The defect is related to our installation and not to pre-existing conditions
• The property has not been altered in a way that affected the installed work
• Payment for the original project has been received in full

This workmanship warranty is separate from any manufacturer warranties on materials used. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms.

THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP AND IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corvallis Insulation Company will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Damages resulting from conditions that were not disclosed prior to or during our on-site assessment
• Loss of energy savings or other economic benefits that are not guaranteed by any written agreement

In no event will our total liability to you exceed the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

9. Use of This Website

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its servers
